An intruder will practically always gain access over the ground by foot or with a vehicle. With an eye to security, the ground is therefore the ideal place for applying a security system. GE Security's OD140 optical ground detection provides an adequate and invisible security zone and early detection. The intruder is detected well before the protected property is reached. Ground detection can be applied under sand, gravel or paving. In addition, the system can also be used as roof detection for large roof surfaces.
