The roof of a building is normally a weak spot in the integral security system. Even roofs with traditional security equipment are vulnerable due to the complexity and susceptibility to interference of electronics. GE Security's OD130 is also suitable for lightweight roofs with a low supporting structure. As the surface under surveillance is only fitted with passive components, the detection concept is not susceptible to interference from electromagnetic fields and thunderbolts. The sensitivity of the detection module can be adjusted to best suit the application circumstances.
