Receiver kit allows for full remote control capability

Elvey International, sole distributors of Caddx, DSC, Optex and Pyronix in South Africa, recently announced the arrival of the Evolution Receiver Kit.

The Evolution Receiver Kit allows for any Caddx NX Series or DSC power series security system to have full remote control capability easily and affordably, without using zones and offers users the ability to arm in the stay mode, away mode, open a garage door and panic.

The Evolution Kit is shipped with two compact high-quality, four-button, code-hopping remotes, com-bus receiver, and a tri-colour LED that will give the user full status of their system, including system not ready, alarm memory, stay armed and away armed. Installation is easy as the receiver is connected directly to the com-bus of the control unit, and is automatically identified and enrolled as module on the system. Enrolling of additional remotes is done in three basic steps, without using jumpers or complicated programmers.
