Leading-edge digital communications and control systems will be a feature of Securex 2001 at Gallagher Estate from 28 February-2 March.
According to Henry Smith of European Datacom, "An important objective of our participation is to educate the security industry about the availability, affordability and applicability of satellite communications. The company, which provides satellite airtime to companies in 65 countries, will be exhibiting at Securex for the second time.
A newcomer to Securex is Atlas Control of Cape Town who will be using the opportunity to introduce its Atlika Integrated Systems to the market. The company will also use the event to recruit Gauteng-based distributors for the products it manufactures.
An important part of the show's attraction is as a forum for networking, and this year participants can do so in comfort right in the middle of the exhibition hall at the Evolving Management Solutions-sponsored coffee shop. EMS will also be exhibiting its I-Trac asset management products on the HID Corp and other dealers' stands.
