The rising force of Elvey Building Management

February 2001 News & Events

Elvey Building Management (EBM) is rising from within the Elvey International network and is fast becoming a strong force in the distribution of CCTV, access control and fire detection products.

With the newly announced acquisition of Video Options, not only has the product line been strengthened, but technical expertise has also increased considerably. In addition, EBM has also introduced the Dedicated Micros (DM) range of products to its existing range. The fact that Dedicated Micros has now asked Elvey to carry, market and support its range of products, the company believes, bears witness to the fact that EBM is a strong force in the Building Security Management Industry.

Furthermore, due to the fact that there are branches situated throughout South Africa, EBM is able offer field assistance to the professional installer as well as specification authorities of Building Management Systems anywhere in southern Africa.

The Technical Support Division within EBM has also received a major boost, and now offers a well-equipped, technical support Division. The latest improvements in the Technical Division have been implemented to increase service levels to installers.

Adequate stock levels are maintained, thereby benefiting the installer by having the necessary equipment available as and when required.

EBM offers a comprehensive range of products for access control, closed circuit television and fire alarm systems and looks forward to growing within an industry that, the company believes, has the largest growth potential of all segments of the electronic security industry.
