Guardian National Insurance Company Limited invites entries for its annual risk management award.
Dave Mutch, Communications Manager says: "This award recognises the vital role risk management plays in successful businesses and honours the person who is judged to have made the most significant contribution to risk management during the last year."
The winner will receive a floating trophy and R25 000 from Guardian National towards the cost of attending an approved international risk management conference.
Previous winners include Craig MacFarlane of Rennies Travel and Paul Skivington, a Director of Alexander Forbes Risk Engineering who won the award last year for risk management projects undertaken on behalf of two clients - AECI Limited and the Barlow Group.
Entry and nomination forms are available on Guardian National Insurance Company's website, or can be obtained from its marketing department. Copies will be distributed in the March issue of Cover magazine and can be obtained from the Society of Risk Managers (SRM) or the South African Risk and Insurance Management Association (SARIMA).
Closing date for entries is 5 May 2000. The winner will be announced at the SRM/SARIMA conference on 19 June 2000.
