Elvey Security Technologies has introduced a new innovation to its intrusion and CCTV range of security products that claims to allow high-performance video over standard phone lines with secure wireless convenience.
Used by the State Department and the Department of Defense in the USA, RSI's video verification technology has led to the emergence of a new generation of intruder detection combined with video verification. The system offers military-level 128-bit AES encryption with jam detection to eliminate hacking and eavesdropping suitable for high-level security applications. Every device -including the panel - is battery-powered with a minimum 4-year battery life. All it takes is a standard telephone line and/or GPRS cellular modem to transmit video/alarm signals. The VIA-Pro features an innovative P-Cam, a day/night, camera integrated with a PIR motion detector. When triggered, the camera captures video and compresses it as an MPEG file that is sent to the panel. The encrypted videofied alarm is then sent to a central station.
The technology will be available at Securex exclusive to Elvey at Stand B3-12 in Hall 1.
