The Safety Africa 2003 Exhibition and Conference - taking place on 7-8 August at Gallagher Estate - is aimed at leaders in the occupational safety, health, hygiene and environmental industries, to network, and obtain information and in-depth knowledge of services and products available.
It is the objective of the organisers - SAPEMA - to promote, encourage and protect the industry in southern Africa, assist and encourage co-operative action, deal with all such matters that may affect the common interests of members and represent the industry at all negotiations and dealings with the authorities and peer organisations.
Exhibits will encompass the entire occupational safety, health, hygiene and environmental fields, such as: communications equipment, detection equipment, risk control assessment systems, safety organisations, and associations, training and response services, uniforms.
Key decision makers with purchasing authority will be invited to attend, such as fire inspectors, government officials, risk control managers, safety managers, safety officers. The Safety Africa 2003 Conference will take place alongside the trade exhibition over the two consecutive days. Papers will be presented by some of the most prominent and respected professionals in the industry, providing an informative and educational forum for all industry players.
