Almost 200 people attended the event, which incorporated extensive networking opportunities and knowledge sharing about Milestone XProtect IP video management software (VMS) and the value-adding open platform opportunities provided for integrations with other systems. The event highlighted 12 exhibitors – All Go Vision, Axis, Data Direct Networks, Delopt, Ipsotek, Maxxess, Pivot 3, Promise Technologies, Siqura, Sony, and Vivotek – presenting access control, video content analytics, cameras, PSIM systems and video-optimised storage solutions.

Francois Malan, technical director at Camsecure, is thrilled with the award. “We are one of only five companies to receive an award this year and we are the only company in Africa to have won this award. We have aligned ourselves with companies that focus on quality high-tech solutions such as Milestone’s open platform software for managing IP network-based video surveillance is a prime example of this.”
