New regional service operations manager

Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) has appointed Colin Malan as its new regional service operations leader, based in Midrand.

Malan brings service management and product sales experience to HBS. He said, “The HBS team is a great, young and dynamic team, and I am delighted to be part of it. One of the challenges facing me in this new position is to ensure that all the correct processes and procedures are in place that ensure the satisfaction and contentment of the HBS customer. My key objective is to ensure customer satisfaction.

“Personally the opportunity for professional growth in a corporate and service driven environment that HBS offers is amazing and I am looking forward to the experience.”
