Wireless timer with GSM interface

ClickOn Technology recently introduced Remote Commander - a unit that complements the company's wireless remote control system that provides control of lighting, gates, garage doors, alarm systems and other appliances from a single remote control.

The Remote Commander has built-in timer functionality and many other advanced features including the pre-emptive menu system for easy programming of daily, weekly or once-off events. Up to 20 individual timers can be configured on the unit and each timer can be enabled or disabled independently. Up to 150 events can then be programmed to control various ClickOn devices within a 35 m radius.

Furthermore, the Remote Commander enables access to the ClickOn System from any cellular phone. It has a built-in GSM interface, which provides remote control of any ClickOn device, by means of SMS. For example, a light, or groups of lights, can now be switched on at a specific brightness for a specified time, by sending a single SMS message to the Remote Commander. If required the unit can return an SMS message to confirm reception.

The ClickOn product range currently consists of:

* 1, 2 and 3 lever remote-controlled light dimmers.

* 1, 2 and 3 lever wallbox transmitters.

* Remote-controlled power switch.

* Remote-controlled 16 A wall plug adapter.

* Code-hopping gate/garage door receiver.

* 6-channel keyring remote control.

* 16-channel keyring remote control.

* 64-channel remote control.

* Remote Commander.
