The E-NAC2500 is the latest addition to Eagle CCTV's family of E-NAC fingerprint units. A state-of-the-art fingerprint access control unit, it is capable of operating completely standalone or networked via the integrated Ethernet interface.
Utilising a high quality 500DPI optical fingerprint scanner, the scanner works with a larger percentage of the population.
For single unit use, the E-NAC-2500 is able to operate completely standalone. All user information is stored securely onboard with complete configuration possible by the administrator
In the network mode, the E-NAC-2500 is connected to a TCP/IP network via the integrated Ethernet interface. Up to 255 of these units can be installed onto a TCP/IP network. On this same network, a PC acts as a centralised access control server with user profiles stored. Instead of manually enrolling each user on each fingerprint unit, the administrator can have a PC running with an E-Hamster/E-Hamster-II USB fingerprint scanner. This is then used to enrol new users or update old users.
The integrated relay output is used for opening a door or lock. Both mechanical and magnetic locks can be used with the E-NAC-2500.
