VGA to video converter

The E-3800 is a compact VGA to video converter or what is sometimes called a scan-converter. It is suitable for users wanting to convert PC or VGA signals to analog video. These can then be displayed on a TV or recorded onto a DVR/VCR. A looping VGA output allows one to continue using a PC monitor while converting the signal for use on an analog video system. Other features include adjustable sharpness, adjustable picture position and digital zoom.
