DM acquires Total Entry Solutions

CCTV specialist, Dedicated Microcomputers Group (DMG), has acquired Total Entry Solutions (TES), designers and manufacturers of access control systems.

For TES customers the key phrase is 'business as usual'. Order processing, supply and technical support remain unchanged. All customers can look forward to continuity of service, and new scope for access control integration capabilities with DM's award-winning DVR range.

Jim Kulleseid, group managing director of DMG commented: "This transaction is an important step for Dedicated Micros, as it brings together two highly complementary businesses. We are confident that this acquisition will benefit both TES and DMG customers".
