Baxall extends equipment warranty

Baxall has extended its product warranty from one to three years on its range of cameras, recorders and domes.

The extension of the product warranty to a full three years is a result of Baxall's commitment to top quality CCTV products and customer care, which is being monitored on an ongoing basis by the introduction of customer satisfaction surveys conducted by the company.

According to Baxall, the results of the survey were very encouraging and have enabled Baxall to address customer needs more accurately, as with the case of the warranty extension.
