The new UniLock Safe Lock is extremely easy to retrofit. The spindle delivering the torque from a key can protrude completely through the lock and its length is not critical at all. It is even possible to install it for clockwise or anticlockwise movement of a key depending which side of the lock will face the safe door. Even after drilling through the lock, it is impossible to move the bolt. The bolt locks automatically even without a key.

No solenoid plunger has ever latched the bolt, this sets a new standard and dramatically improves security.
