SFP awarded R13 million Nedcor contract

Specialist system integrator Security and Fire Projects (SFP) has been awarded a prestigious fire and security contract by Nedcor. The Nedcor North Site project comprises fire detection, FM 200 fire protection, white sound, evacuation, access control and CCTV, the value of which is in excess of R13 million. The project completion date is December 2000.

Says SFP's Owen Smit, "We are responsible for providing a fully integrated solution making use of state-of-the-art technology including contactless smartcard technology, realtime digital video recording and high level integration to assist in managing building security."
