HYT launches new professional radios

May 2006 Infrastructure

HYT Professional Radios have become well known in the southern African security industry. The HYT Eclipse range of portables has been selling for more than four years and has taken a large percentage of the market share. Spectrum Communications always strives to offer the right product at the right price and this was no exception.

During 2006 HYT has launched many exciting new radios. The new radios are TC700, TC600 and TC500 portable radios and the top of the range TM800 mobile radio. The TM800 as well as the TC700 radios are equipped with the HDC2400 data facilities which opens up a whole new world of dispatch and control features which go beyond mere identification of each radio used but also allows short text messages and GPS data to become an integral part of your radio network. Add to this built in voice scrambling and whisper mode for your response vehicles.

The TC500 and TC600 radios are designed to be cost-effective 16-channel radios to be used in both simplex and repeater environments.

Factory representatives from Shenzhen in China will be available at Securex to give you more information about these radios and also about what the future products from HYT will be.
