Optelecom-NKF's new Pico is a very small optical video transmitter, measuring only 23x31x60 mm - including connector, which can be plugged straight onto a CCTV camera video output, connecting the camera directly to fibre-optic cable. Optelecom-NKF has put together a cost-effective Pico Camera Kit, which includes everything you need to transmit one camera signal over fibre-optic cable. The kit contains a Pico transmitter, VBS receiver and appropriate power adapter. Optelecom-NKF and its sole distribution and support partner in South Africa, Letlhaka Technologies, will be showcasing the Pico camera kit and many other new NKF products at the Securex exhibition this year. Several representatives from Optelecom-NKF headquarters will be present at the show to demonstrate new equipment and answer technical questions. Optelecom-NKF manufactures a broad range of fibre-optic end equipment, IP video transmission and recording equipment for use in the security industry.
