New law enforcement for all security companies requires guards to carry a credential ID card, according to the newly-introduced Private Security Industry Regulations Act of 2002. Section 13(3)(b) of the act requires that both company and personal information must be displayed at all times. Any failure to comply with the Act will be liable to a fine or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 24 months.
