Founded in 1994 as a CCTV, CATV and AV company focusing essentially on this country's burgeoning gambling industry, Techpro has more than 18 casino contracts for every major operator in South Africa and Namibia have been fulfilled.
Some recently-completed noncasino projects in which the design and installation of CCTV and/or access control, monitoring and alarm systems include Gateway Shopping Centre; Umhlanga Ridge New Town Centre; Vodaworld; Vodacom Head Office; Park Station; Ster Kinekor Cinema Complexes, and up-market bars and restaurants for the Compass Group.
Working in close association with its sister company - Ultimate Access - an industry- leader in access control, Techpro has now expanded its range of hi-tech services to include fire detection; high sensitivity smoke detection; gas extinguishing systems; intruder alarm systems and perimeter protection systems.
