Upperpoint acquires Video Imaging Supplies

Upperpoint Distribution, supported by its equity partner PPM Ventures recently announced that its subsidiary Norbain SD had acquired Video Imaging Supplies (VIS), based in Princes Risborough.

VIS distributes CCTV and specialist video products to the security installation, video networks and industrial vision markets.VIS, formed in 1994, has focussed on developing niches in the rapidly expanding network video and industrial video markets besides the more traditional CCTV installation market place.
