Softcon launched its new generation controller CR391. The CR391 is a part of Softcon’s MeridianWare Product Suite. The controller can be applied to various applications including access control, building and device management, vending machines, cash loaders, I/O management and communication interface.

It boasts:

* 10 times faster internal speed.

* 10 times faster external communication.

* 16 times more memory.

* 10% reduction in power consumption.

* >256 000 profile database 12 hex digit identifier with 6 digit PIN.

* TCP/IP, USB-2, serial (RS232/RS485/TTL/20mA/GSM-modem).

* Two readers - Data/clock, Wiegand, Touch or serial (RS232 or RS485).

* Seven Serial Ports: Only five out of seven serial ports can be used simultaneously.

* Booth/Mantrap.

* Integrated random search.

* Configuration via USB or handheld controller.

* Firmware update via TCP.
