Cathexis will be demonstrating its new CatVision Software suite designed to satisfy the needs of all customers, from small retail outlets to large mining installations.

Running on both Windows and Linux operating systems, this latest Cathexis software provides management of both IP and analogue systems to provide a true hybrid solution. Major emphasis has been placed on providing the user with Wizards to guide them through the integration of the many supported IP cameras. The UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) interface also ensures that the latest IP cameras are easily supported with the user having only specific cameras capability presented to them from the CatVision interface.

Cathexis will also be showing its powerful integration capability which enables installers to provide holistic solutions to their customers. Integration with access control systems, alarm panels etc. will be on show. Also on show will be the CatObserver feature, which enables users to record any monitor that is on their network as a virtual camera.
