ATEC will stop foot-traffic

ATEC Systems and Technologies (ATEC) will showcase its ATEC Visitor Management System at IFSEC SA. The System is based on current and established access control technologies such as Impro and Softcon.

It comprises the i-Dentifid pre-clearance software package and fully integrated i-Dentifid licence scanner that offers seamless control over visitor access control. In practice, the system enrols or registers a vehicle using biometric technology and then integrates with the fingerprint access control system. Once cleared, access is then provided to the premises.

This also takes the authority away from the guard to be able to open or close booms. The i-Dentifid licence scanners and integration ability is exclusive to ATEC and offers electronic visitor management along with a range of scanning and recording possibilities.
