Founded in the early 1990s the Nice capacity for designing, manufacturing and delivering technological solutions soon saw exports grow to over 100 countries.
Realising that exports are only appropriate in certain markets, Nice has actively invested in a worldwide expansion and is represented on five continents by 15 subsidiaries. NiceHansa is one of these international companies formed when Nice invested directly into the South African market.
The Nice philosophy is to design, adapt and develop products to suit particular market needs. The group’s ideology is to blend its global technology with an understanding of local circumstances. That is why designing and adapting its products for South Africa was a priority. To achieve this Nice acquired a local manufacturer and researched the needs of South African installers and consumers, the challenges of the environment and the expectations of the market.
