Magix Security has appointed Phillip Gerber as managing director with immediate effect. Gerber sports a B.Com in Informatics and has been with the Magix group since 2003.
He started his career in the IT world at Eskom in 1993 before moving to the UK. Following a successful career in the financial and Internet industries in the UK, he returned to South Africa to join Magix Integration.
In taking the reins at Magix Security, Gerber says that while it is a great challenge he faces, it is one he relishes.
