Mustek fine-tunes surveillance solutions

Mustek’s incorporation of its subsidiary DSS (Digital Surveillance Systems) in January 2009 resulted in an offering to the dealer base of entry-level to mid-priced CCTV applications and access control solutions, primarily analogue, with limited digital devices.

This incorporation has now evolved into the formation of the fully-fledged Mustek Surveillance Technologies (MST) division, dedicated to the provision of the full spectrum of surveillance solution-driven products, primarily for the corporate arena. The division is now able to offer a greater selection of products with a number of newly-launched product lines, including Dedicated Micros, Nuuo and Axis. Furthermore, MST’s product offering will comprise IP solutions from HVAC to intrusion.

MST is now in a position to offer a complete solution, obviating the need for shopping around for components. The company also offers a comprehensive building management solution. As the country experiences sharply increasing electricity costs, MST believes that the future lies in green buildings that regulate costs while simultaneously integrating security systems.
