BoE Bank has entered into an agreement with Cheque Guarantee Services (CGS) to provide one point-of-sale (POS) device for credit card processing and the guaranteeing of cheque payments.
Head of Acquiring, at BoE Bank e-Business Division, Archie Kot says: "The BoE Bank software has been developed in conjunction with CGS to rationalise and facilitate point-of-sale processing while, at the same time, helping to combat cheque fraud and protect customers from loss of income."
Managing Director of CGS, Mordi Kushnir comments: "This collaboration between BoE Bank and CGS is a significant move by two financial institutions to provide an economically sensible and practical business solution for our customers and the business community in general - one that streamlines the POS process, provides further protection against fraud and saves money each month".
