Leaderware's CCTV training has expanded further internationally with a course held in Yellowknife, Canada by Dr Craig Donald. The CCTV surveillance skills course was seen as a strong contribution to surveillance at the BHP Ekati mine, the centre of the North American diamond industry. With very positive feedback from management and surveillance personnel, says Donald, the course is making its mark as an international standard course.
Additional training is scheduled in the UK as part of the association with Tavcom training including training for Sussex police while locally Goldfields personnel have also attended training on the course recently. The course focuses on techniques, observation skills, identifying incident conditions, and incident behaviour.
