The South African Institute of Security hosted a special luncheon at JP Morgan, Johannesburg on 19 March 2009, where Terry Scallan, chairman of the SAIS Board of Governors awarded honorary membership to Don Randall MBE, head of security at the Bank of England.
Don also gave an interesting talk on a Perspective of International Security in the South African context.
