Intelligent digital video server

April 2009 Surveillance

The DS-6101HF/B intelligent digital video server, which uses H.264 compression and an advanced intelligent video analysis algorithm, is able to monitor perimeters and analyse various abnormal behaviours. The product can detect, track and identify humans, vehicles and other objects in realtime, recognising potential threats such as loitering, entering or illegal u-turns in the area of interest.

The server can also send out realtime alerts once a potential threat is identified, allowing security personnel to take necessary action. The DS-6101HF/B supports TCP/IP, IE preview and two-way audio, which makes the product a good solution for critical surveillance applications in industries such as financial, transportation, prisons and power stations.
