Trellidor's 'Trojan' sliding security barrier achieved a world-first when its latest re-engineered design was re-awarded LPCB 2 status (Level 1175 Level 2). This highly respected international certification by the UK's Loss Prevention Certification Board was accomplished after stringent testing.
Trellidor Trojan was launched in 2001, when it was first awarded LPCB certification. Its unique design has been adapted for the international market, catering for high security risk areas that demand a security door with tamper-proof locks and the ability to deflect shrapnel from bomb blasts. Modifications resulted in a stronger but lighter sliding security door that is easy to operate, with strength and rigidity against attempted break-ins.
Originally designed for commercial applications ranging from crowd control at sports stadia to securing financial institutions and warehouses, the Trellidor Trojan is now also suitable for residential homes with high security requirements.
