Vista TAG 1000 tagging systems available through Reditron

September 99 Asset Management

The TAG 1000 radio frequency based system is designed to combat the ever increasing problem of retail theft. Using the latest analog and digital technologies the detection system is as simple to maintain as it is to instal. The transmitter activates the tags which then emit a signal which the receiver recognises as a tag and alarms.

The system self-adjusts to any environmental changes via Smart Sensitivity Control and is always at optimum sensitivity for all environmental changes.

Minimal set-up is required and the system is supplied at 8 MHz, ready to run. With the help of on-board diagnostic LEDs, the operating state of the system is easily identified.

The frequency of operation is selectable at 3 MHz, 5 MHz and 8 MHz, making the system compatible with other manufacturers' tags and systems. Indeed, at 8 MHz frequency, label tags can be detected as well as hard tags.

The lightweight tubular alloy antennae are robust yet attractive for the retail environment and are also available in a modern plexiglass finish. Alternatively, the system can be supplied painted to your particular specification, offering your customer greater flexibility.
