RDC's Early Response Unit is an in-car monitoring system which allows alarm signals to be sent directly to the response vehicles as well as to the control room. Customer details are instantly available to the reaction officer allowing the officer to react immediately to critical signals, cutting out the time it takes for the control room to process the message. The system comprises an integrated receiver/decoder and a separate display head that mounts on the dashboard.
