PC and network security through fingerscan verification

Identix' BioLogon software provides secure PC and network logon via the touch of a finger. "The release of BioLogon to the security markets allows organisations to finally implement a cohesive solution for enterprise-wide access control and information security," explains Bill Spence, Identix Vice President of Marketing, Security Division.

BioLogon's features include centralised network management and policies, the ability to set user and workstation security policies individually, an event log for audit trail, local and remote management, remote user enrollment and access, encrypted network transactions for data security, server redundancy and load balancing as well as integration with Microsoft's Network Security Architecture. Access to PCs and the network is available with any combination of fingerscan, password, PIN and smartcard.
