The X-Net MPEG4/MJPEG IP codec allows video, lip sync audio, data and contact closure to be transmitted over any IP Ethernet network. Latest digital signal processing (DSP) technology ensures analog equivalent video quality for all video applications where realtime low latency video transmission within an IP network is required. Permanent virtual circuits can be established easily by using a built-in web server, or alternatively codec connections can be dynamically created across a network using simple to use password-protected software.
The same codec can be used to encode or decode video, thus minimising spares requirements and allowing you to redeploy decoders and encoders with the migration to soft viewing.
