Controlsoft buys back IP rights

October 2006 News & Events

In June, Controlsoft Africa announced that it had purchased all Intellectual Property Rights, for the South African market, relating to the Controlsoft hardware and software product range from Grintek Ewation.

Controlsoft Africa has offices in Strijdom Park, Johannesburg where sales, distribution, support and product training for all Controlsoft customers in South Africa is now based.

Manufacturing of the Controlsoft product range will continue in South Africa.

Product development will be shared between South Africa and North America.
