RDC's transmitter range boasts a significantly reduced power drain on the battery, with the use of an advanced power amplifier that draws 25% less current on transmit and only 10 mA on standby (less than a passive). This ensures reliable communication even during a power failure, making it a potential lifesaver.
Transmitter features are field-programmable using a RDC programmer. Inputs can be programmed individually for positive or negative trip and internal pull-up resistors eliminate the need for external resistors.
The latest transmitters have proved to be a hit with additional inputs, power-up signal, intelligent mains fail/restore signalling, low battery reporting, multiple lock-on protection features, and of course reduced current consumption!
