The WWAT-GSM interface module provides GSM connectivity to the WWAT-488 system by means of a RS232 interface or the RS485 bus protocol. Up to eight WWAT-488 can be connected to the WWAT-GSM. It has an on-board SIM card holder and is approved by ICASA (Independent Communication Authority of South Africa). The WWAT-GSM conforms to quad-band: GSM 850/900/1800/1900, IMP2.0, USB and I2C bus interfaces, Java - CLDC 1.1, IMP2.0, USB and I2C bus interfaces, high-performance processor (ARM7), GPRS multislot Class 12 and TCP/IP Stack via AT commands.
