The CR390 is a multifunction, 2-reader controller, complete with backup battery housing and power supply, capable of storing up to 196 000 random card numbers and 7700 transactions off-line. Being a multifunction controller, the CR390 controller is capable of interfacing to biometric, proximity, magnetic stripe, infrared, bar code and smartprox readers. Communications options are TCP/IP, USB, serial or modem.
