The Alutec extrusions are used to manufacture a full range of consoles, desks, small wall-mount and large floor-standing enclosures. The final product is suitable for the office or industrial environment.
This quality product stands up very well in comparison to powder-coated metal or melamine laminated chipboard alternatives.
These items are assembled as an aluminium space frame with 'captured' infill panels.
The space frame is assembled with high tensile grub screws in such a manner that all threads are bearing on steel, never on the softer aluminium frame. This construction technique makes for a long life rigid structure.
A wide choice of colour and finish or decorative melamine laminate is available and a 3 mm version of this is used for all panel infill material and work surfaces.
This construction technique provides flexibility in design and a product that requires no additional finishing.
