The E-R337 is a handheld unit that combines a video monitor, pattern-generator, multimeter, PTZ controller/protocol analyser and UTP cable tester.

It has an integrated 2,5" LCD video monitor; an integrated pattern test generator for troubleshooting CCTV systems; a digital multimeter that provides a voltmeter, ohmmeter and continuity tester (both AC or DC voltage ranges are supported and a set of standard multimeter-type test leads is provided with the unit); and the E-R337 is able to function as a full function PTZ controller (the unit can be configured for several protocol types, baud rate and camera ID number).
