Various team members have also been recognised for 10 years of service to the company. "Customer oriented people have always been the backbone to RDC's high levels of service and we intend keeping it that way," says sales and marketing director, Lee-Ann Andreka. "We know that great companies always put the right people in place first and only then look at systems and processes. We are very proud and confident in the ability of our new people."
