Bewator Group AB - one of the European market leaders within access control - has announced that it has acquired all shares of the privately held Aptus Utvecklings AB and the subsidiary Aptus Elektronik AB. Aptus is a Swedish market leader in security and access control for apartment buildings.
Aptus, with a turnover of approximately 5 million Euro, has 26 employees and has its headquarters in Gothenburg. The company is the market leader in access control for residential apartment buildings, with a complete integrated offering. Aptus will continue to operate as an independent company within the Bewator Group, continuing development work for new products and systems for the residential apartment market.
