Video/TV to VGA converter - with picture-in-picture

The E-PROTV-4 is a video and TV tuner to VGA converter. It allows one to play standard video and/or TV RF signals using a normal PC VGA monitor. The unit features a built-in TV RF tuner, as well as on-screen-display menu, IR remote control and audio input/output. Front panel controls allow the user to switch between video-in, TV-in and the PC VGA signal. Extremely easy to install, the E-PROTV-4 is supplied with a VGA cable which connects to your PC's VGA graphics card. No special software is required on the PC. A new function of the unit is a picture-in-picture function which allows one to overlay video onto a VGA screen.

Features include:

* Video, S-Video and TV RF antenna input.

* Audio input and output.

* 9 V d.c. operation.

* VGA resolution: 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768.

* VGA input and monitor output.

* Adjustable brightness, contrast, hue and sharpness.

* Adjustable image position.

* On-screen display (OSD) menu.
