TruSeal - a wholly-owned subsidiary of Truco (Transvaal Rubber Company) - has released a flexible, durable and strong tamper-proof seal. The TruSeal Smart-Lock Seal is a fixed length polypropylene seal, which due to its breaking strain of around 8,5 kg can be applied to a wide variety of security and sealing applications. The seal is available in 16 cm and 27 cm lengths with a band width of 6 mm.
The Smart-Lock Seal features a strong single lock point mechanism which provides a distinguishable audible 'click' when locking, as well as clear visual verification of locking. The security seal is available in various colours with consecutive numbering for ease of verification and tracking. The seal design also accommodates up to 30 characters required for company name, division, etc. An inspection slot makes it easy to spot-check that the seal has been locked correctly.
The seal is particularly suited to securing trailers, cash bags, containers, air and rail freight, postbags, fire doors and lockers.
