The DFR 2080 single fingerprint reader from Identix is designed to meet customer requirements for cost-effective, large-scale enrollment, identification and verification applications.

The DFR 2080 provides a digital USB computer interface and is compatible with Identix BioEngine technology or with customer-provided biometric applications. Its ergonomic, compact design makes it transportable, durable and reliable.

The DFR 2080 is suited for high-traffic identity verification points such as border crossings, ID and payment processing centres, employee registration, financial institutions, etc. The USB interface allows for worldwide deployment without external power supply concerns.
