Hands-free video doorphone

August 2003 Surveillance, Surveillance

The E-HAC750 is a video doorphone system suitable for luxury apartments and houses. The system consists of a single camera or a multi-apartment camera connected to an internal hands-free intercom with colour flatscreen display. From this display the home owner can communicate with the visitor, view the visitor, as well as unlock the entrance gate.

Special features applicable to this product include, on-screen display menu with digital clock, adjustable brightness and contrast, as well as individual volume control for the microphone, speaker and bell-sound. A digital storage memory allows the unit to capture up to 32 still video images. This can be useful in replaying images of unwanted callers. Another interesting security feature is the capability to connect external alarm sensors such as smoke detectors or passive infra-red detectors. For emergency situations the E-HAC750 has an emergency button or a button to call the guard.
