The new IQeye3 V2 mega-pixel network camera from IqinVision offers remote monitoring capabilities and also adds many new features to the IQeye3 platform. A low light mode called ONight Mode has been added, using advanced bit shifting techniques and hot pixel correction to provide monochrome images in light levels of less than 2 lux.
Privacy zones have been added, allowing managers to block portions of the image from being captured. A frame rate test allows the user to easily determine the effects of his settings on frame rate. And for connection to crowded networks, a bandwidth throttle can limit the video data output to a user selectable maximum rate.
The IQeye3 can be used alone or as part of an IP video surveillance system. Integration with video management software (VMS) allows high resolution images to be captured and archived.
